Is Allminds right for me?

If you think you may be experiencing a mental health condition and are ready to start feeling better, you’ve come to the right place. If you're not sure, we can help you decide with a free initial consultation, without commitment.

What will I get out of therapy?

You'll get one-on one-support from home (via video) with a licensed therapist. You will learn proven techniques such as CBT and mindfulness to help you cope with life issues such as: self-esteem, stress, relationship struggles, grief, and more.

Do I get to choose my own therapist?

Yes! We will first suggest therapists who match your needs and preferences. You can then have a free consultation with your preferred provider to make sure they're the right fit. Or you can book your first session and get started right away.

How often will I see my therapist?

Most people go to therapy once a week, but you are free to choose your own pace. Your therapist will help you determine what's best for you.
